For going out, Sarah Jessica prefers smoky eyes. Her makeup bag doesn’t hold many products, only those that are time-tested, effective, and reliable.
The actress’s signature feature is her luxurious hair. Besides shampoo and conditioner, she uses a volumizing spray. She also relies on nourishing masks, which are essential for curly hair.
The actress has mentioned that staying in shape is helped by walking. “I live in a big city and walk a lot. It’s the only thing I really have time for. Plus, climbing stairs keeps me in shape. My house has enough stairs to make me feel like I’ve had a workout after going up and down them,” Parker admitted.
According to Sarah Jessica, her goal is 10,000 steps and 8 kilometers a day. Additionally, the star enjoys swimming, prefers running, biking, and yoga, and goes to the gym if she needs to quickly get back in shape.
Parker has an interesting method for losing weight: if she needs to shed a couple of kilograms, she eats frozen berries. The idea is that the body will expend extra energy to warm them up, thereby burning calories.
