She was an ’80s heartthrob: see her stunning transformation today

After her role in “Crocodile Dundee,” Linda Kozlowski achieved international fame. Starring alongside Paul Hogan, the film marked a pivotal moment in her career. However, following the “Dundee” series and a few other projects, Kozlowski gradually retreated from the Hollywood spotlight.

Born on January 7, 1958, in Fairfield, Connecticut, Linda Kozlowski pursued acting by enrolling in the prestigious Juilliard School’s theater program.

After graduating in 1981, she began her acting career in various off-Broadway productions, eventually moving on to minor roles on Broadway and television.

One notable appearance was in the television movie “Death of a Salesman,” where she acted alongside Dustin Hoffman.

Linda’s journey to stardom wasn’t without challenges. After her role in “Death of a Salesman,” she moved to California and worked as a waitress. During this time, Dustin Hoffman and his wife kindly offered her a place to stay at their Malibu beach house. From this supportive environment, Linda attended an audition that would change her career.

Dustin Hoffman recommended Linda for the role of Sue Charlton in “Crocodile Dundee,” and she secured the part. The film’s massive success, grossing over $320 million on a $10 million budget, made Linda Kozlowski an overnight star. Her fame initially soared in Australia, where the film was released first and became an immediate hit.

Despite her rising stardom, Linda felt underappreciated in Hollywood. While she continued to act in the “Crocodile Dundee” sequels, she turned down numerous roles that would have typecast her as the girlfriend of a comic actor. Ultimately, she decided to leave acting after the third “Dundee” film.

In her personal life, Linda Kozlowski fell in love with her co-star Paul Hogan during the “Crocodile Dundee” series. They married in 1990 and had a son named Chance in 1998. However, their marriage ended in 2014.

After her divorce from Paul Hogan, Linda Kozlowski embraced a new chapter on her own terms. With a substantial settlement, she redirected her focus to Morocco, where she met Moulay Hafid Baba, a local tour guide. Their connection was immediate, leading to a significant change in her life’s direction.

Together, Linda and Moulay Hafid Baba founded Dream My Destiny, a luxury travel agency in Marrakech. Through their agency, they create customized travel experiences tailored to their clients’ preferences. Linda’s life had transformed from the glamour of Hollywood to the enchanting landscapes and vibrant culture of Morocco.

Linda Kozlowski’s legacy as Sue Charlton in “Crocodile Dundee” continues to endure. At 63, she is fully immersed in her adventurous life in Morocco. Preferring real-life adventures over scripted ones, Linda channels her intuition, honed from her acting career, into creating unforgettable experiences for others. This transition beyond the silver screen has enriched her journey, showcasing her adaptability and passion for new horizons.
