The 38-year-old former actress, now a nail technician, was caught by paparazzi while out for a walk in Hollywood.

Recently, the “She’s the Man” star revealed that she had her lip fillers removed to restore their natural shape, underwent blepharoplasty, and changed her hair color to a dark shade.
