Emma Roberts has admitted she will never date an actor again, revealing why she finds it ‘extremely difficult’.

And niece of Hollywood star Julia Roberts, has candidly opened up about her dating life.

The 33-year-old’s most well known relationship was with actor Evan Peters after they met on the set of Adult World.

The pair went on to have an on and off romance from 2012 until 2019 – even getting engaged.

She then went on to date actor-musician Garrett Hedlund for almost three years, and in that time welcomed baby Rhodes Robert Hedlund into the world, but split in 2022.

Without naming any names, Roberts told Flaunt: “One day the veil was lifted and I didn’t want to date actors anymore.

“It’s hard, I think, for two actors to be together. I’m trying to think if I’ve seen it done successfully.

“Also, the actors I’ve been with border on method actors, and that is something that I think is extremely difficult to be in a relationship with – at least for me, especially the characters that they were playing.”

During her time with Peters, he took on the role of a number of creepy characters for iconic TV series American Horror Story.

After they finished dating, he went on to play Jeffrey Dahmer in Netflix series Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story, in which he has been open about his method acting for the role.

Now, Roberts is dating an unnamed man, and lives with her mom outside New York City.

While she won’t share much about her lover, she told Flaunt he was not an actor and is not ‘online’.

Roberts’ relationship with the platform, and social media as a whole, has become complicated.

She used to only be recognized if she visited the mall, but that soon changed with technology.

The actor said: “I feel like, in a way I got to hang on to some innocence longer [than usual].

“I know everyone has a different take on how [modern] celebrities or people should be online and how serious they should be.

“My social media is for fun, it’s for reading, it’s for fashion, but if you want to get really deep with me or know what I think about things, you’re not going to see it posted on my social media.”

Caitlyn Jenner is not planning on looking for love anytime soon, in fact, the former Olympian isn’t planning to ever again.

The 73-year-old came out as transgender in 2015, the same year she called it quits with her ex-wife Kris Jenner.

The pair officially divorced that year, with Jenner revealing in a recent interview that she is ‘very single’.

Despite that, she has confirmed that she is unwilling to mingle, as she approaches her 74th birthday later this month.

In an interview published in The Times on Wednesday (4 October), Jenner spoke candidly about her love life.

She said: “I’m fine. I’m not even close to looking for a relationship. I’ll never have a relationship in the future. I just don’t see that in my life. I am not looking for that.”

However, the reality TV star, who has been divorced three times, insists that she is not lonely thanks to her two adored dogs, Bertha and Baxter.

On top of that, Jenner spoke about her ‘very large family’ that is always by her side and there for support.

“Every night of the week I could go to somebody’s house and have dinner,” she said.

Instead of finding new love, Jenner focuses on some of her hobbies to keep herself entertained, of which includes flying airplanes and playing golf.

The former Olympian describes herself as ‘a relatively simple person’, adding that ‘It doesn’t take a lot to entertain me’.

She said: “I fly airplanes. Play a lot of golf… I raced cars for 20-odd years. Racing cars is not the greatest way to make money or a career or business. You do it because it’s fun.

Jenner is also rather focused on keeping fit, despite the fact she may not be competing for Olympic medals nowadays.

“Obviously it changes from the old days. I’m not trying to win Olympic gold medals; I just enjoy good health,” she told The Times.

“I don’t go crazy working out, but I get my exercise in all the time.”

The interview comes after Jenner appeared on the UK show This Morning, where she opened up on her non-existent relationship with ex-wife Kris Jenner.

“Well, Kris, I really never talk to anymore,” she told the ITV show.

“If there’s any communication, my manager kind of talks to her and when you have as many kids as I have, you’re closer to some than you are to others … I certainly see them and we do this and that.”
