Ben Affleck spends time with his kids in LA as Jennifer Lopez is in a ‘long weekend mood’ in NYC
Ben Affleck was spotted hanging out with two of his kids on the West Coast while his wife, Jennifer Lopez, celebrated the “long weekend” across the country as the two have been “over for months.”
The “Argo” actor was photographed enjoying a ramen outing with his and ex-wife Jennifer Garner’s kids Violet and Seraphina at Kaz The Soba Place in Los Angeles on Wednesday.
At one point, Affleck even flashed a rare smile while Violet –– who is often referred to as Garner’s look-alike –– put her arm around his neck and chatted with him on the walk to the joint.
The Oscar winner, 51, his kids and two of their friends sat outside the eatery and were all seen chatting and chowing down.
Affleck went with a more casual look to the family outing in a gray graphic T-shirt paired with an unbuttoned plaid long-sleeve shirt, jeans and gray sneakers.
Violet, 18, sported a long-sleeve blue sweatshirt over a maxi blue and white skirt. She added black sneakers, her signature glasses and face masks.
Seraphina, 15, also took a low-key approach and went with a gray T-shirt and rocked the same buzzcut the teen debuted in February.
Meanwhile, Lopez, 54, stayed active on social media and teased her holiday plans for the Fourth of July weekend.
The “On the Floor” singer reposted a video meme of a girl and a guy having quite the dance-off and captioned the Instagram Story Wednesday, “Long weekend mood…”
A few hours later, Lopez posted a selfie video of herself smiling while sitting in the front seat of a convertible with two other people.
“bom dia meu povo,” she wrote over it, which translates to, “good morning my people.”
It’s unclear exactly where Lopez was having the freeing moment, but she was spotted wearing a crop top with the phrase, “JLO BE MY MAMA,” on it while in New York City that same day.
Affleck and Lopez –– who have been married since 2022 –– have been at the center of separation speculation ever since he moved out of their shared home and into a rental property in May.
Since then, Page Six has confirmed that they’ve been working on selling their $60 million mansion and the pieces from their art collection.
An insider recently told us that their relationship has been “over for months,” but that Affleck has kept tight-lipped about it because he is “very protective of Jennifer.”
The source claimed that the two stars have actually been separated since March –– shortly before rumors started when she attended and co-chaired the Met Gala without him by her side in May.
