Martina McBride is showering her daughter with love on her birthday.

On Wednesday, June 26, the country music star shared a sweet post on Instagram in honor of her daughter Ava turning 19.

In her gallery post, the singer, 57, first included a black and white throwback of her and Ava before adding a more recent shot of the two.

McBride and Ava share a striking resemblance in the second shot, as the 19-year-old wraps her arm around her mom while at a restaurant.

“This girl turned 19 a few days ago. My girl. I love you Ava,” McBride wrote. “I love all the stuff we do together…all the kitchen hangs, the trips to the veggie stand, the talks, the laughs. How we are deeply connected in all the ways big and small. You are wonderfully made. ❤️.”

In addition to Ava, Martina and her husband John McBride are parents to daughters Delaney, 29, and Emma, 26.

As busy as the multi-hyphenate keeps herself, Martina’s family has always come first. She once told PEOPLE that she’s turned down many TV and lengthy overseas touring opportunities to keep life “as sane and normal as possible for the kids.”

“But I wouldn’t trade it for anything. I really did get the best of both worlds,” the “Blessed” singer previously said. “I got to have this amazing, exciting, fulfilling career, and I got to raise these human beings who are just the loves of my life.”

Growing up, the three McBride girls traveled with their mom and joined her for big events, like a 2012 appearance on CMA Country Christmas. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Martina made her podcast, Vocal Point With Martina McBride, a family affair, with the whole McBride family joining her on a 2020 episode.

“I am so blessed with these 3. They continue to enrich my life each day,” she later wrote on Instagram in 2023.
